FIGUEROA ST., 16TH FLOOR, LOS ANGELES, CA 90017, PHONE (310) 649-0990. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the THRASHER PARK PLAY EQUIPMENT AND FENCE PROJECT, PROJECT NO., 2006.0070, project is that of public improvements made to public lands of the City of San Leandro designated as Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 075-0060-001-02; 075-0060-003-02, 75-0110-036-00, commonly known as a portion of Thrasher Park, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 18TH day of JULY 2016 by RESOLUTION No. 2016-099.
