E. Prior to'installation of any public pay telephone(s) on the property, the location, details <br />and specifications shall be submitted concurrently, to the City Police Department and <br />the City Community Development Department. After review of the said submittal the <br />City may approve or disapprove the proposal for the public pay telephone(s). <br />X. FENCING AND/OR SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Any new electrical or gas meters, utility switch boxes, telephone, interface cabinets, <br />outdoor refuse, storage areas or other utility areas shall be screened from view by a <br />fence, wall or landscaping; details subject to the approval of the Zoning Enforcement <br />Official. <br />B. Any new roof top or exterior mechanical equipment for the building such as air <br />conditioning/heating units, venting, or radio/television antennas shall be screened from <br />view so as not to be visible from adjacent properties or streets to the satisfaction of the <br />Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />C. Dumpsters shall remain inside the trash enclosure at all times with the exception of <br />emptying by the disposal company. <br />D. Gates to the refuse area shall be closed except when necessary to move out the <br />dumpster or deposit trash from garbage receptacles. <br />E. A minimum of six trash receptacles shall be placed in front of the store and at the <br />customer parking areas on the site. The location and details of the garbage receptacles <br />shall be submitted to the Zoning Enforcement Official for review and approval. Said <br />trash receptacles shall be emptied on at least a daily basis and shall not be allowed <br />to overflow. <br />F. No barbed wire or ribbon wire shall be installed on any wall, fence or building on the <br />property. <br />G. The mobile food vending truck shall be parked in the easterly rear area enclosed by the <br />combination of site walls and the rolling gate. <br />XI. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, applicant shall pay any applicable <br />school mitigation fees as determined by the San Lorenzo Unified School District. <br />B. There shall be no outside storage of any type in loading or parking stalls, including but <br />not limited to trailers, storage containers, or restaurant supplies. Those areas shall be <br />kept free of obstruction and available for their designated use at all times. <br />C. No temporary or unauthorized signs including but not limited to banners, balloons, <br />streamers and pennants shall be placed on the property, unless approved by the City <br />under a Special Event Permit. <br />PLN2013-00016 Agreement to Conditions <br />May 9, 2013 Page 13 of 14 <br />
