NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />HEREBY RESOLVES THAT: <br />1. The quitclaim, release and conveyance of any and all rights to the Property at APN <br />077-0447-7-1 from the Parking Authority of the City of San Leandro to the City of San Leandro is <br />hereby accepted. <br />2.
