We strongly oppose the construction of a 51-unit apartment complex at <br />the corner of Estudillo and Bancroft Avenues. Possible consequences of such high <br />density housing would negatively impact our quality of life in Estudillo Estates. We may <br />see an increase in crime, traffic congestion, and over-crowding in our public schools. <br /> <br />Please take into consideration our concerns as we have been residents in Estudillo <br />Estates since 1980 and plan to stay in our neighborhood. <br /> <br />Respectively yours, <br />Dale M Jeong, DMD and Patricia Chin Jeong <br />Joaquin Avenue <br />
