<br /> Ordinance , Exhibit D: Amended Article 16 <br />Note: underlined and bolded text represents new text; strike through represents text to be eliminated <br />telecommunications facilities governed by this Section shall bring such wireless <br />telecommunications facilities into compliance with such revised standards and <br />regulations within six (6) months of the effective date of such standards and <br />regulations, unless a more stringent compliance schedule is mandated by the <br />controlling Federal or State agency. Failure to bring wireless telecommunications <br />facilities into compliance with such revised standards and regulations shall con- <br />stitute grounds for the removal of the wireless telecommunications facilities at the <br />owner’s expense. <br />
