Automatic Teller Machines. <br />2. Community Gardens. <br />3. Mobile Food Vending. (Subject to approval of operation and restrictions on <br />operation as established by Zoning Enforcement Official and compliance with <br />all other City codes pertaining to mobile food vending.) <br />4. Parking Lot. <br />5. Recycling Facilities, Single-Feed Reverse Vending Machine. (Subject to the <br />regulations of Section 4-1646: Recycling Facilities.) <br /> <br />D. CR District—Temporary Uses Requiring Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following temporary uses are allowed in the CR District, subject to the <br />regulations of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. <br /> <br />1. Circuses and Carnivals. <br />2. Commercial Filming. <br />3. Retail Sales, Outdoor. <br />4. Storage Containers, Temporary. <br />5. Trade Fairs. The following uses are <br />allowed in the C-RM District, and a conditional use permit is not required. (Certain <br />uses are subject to special requirements and/or limitations, as prescribed following <br />the individual use classification.) <br /> <br />1. Accessory uses, other than entertainment events, when in conjunction with a <br />permitted use. <br />2. Animal Grooming. <br />3. Artist’s Studios. <br />4. Automobile Rentals. (Permitted use limited to automobile rental office or <br />counter, including on-site drop off or pick-up of rented automobiles, but <br />excluding on-site storage of vehicles. If additional activities are proposed, a <br />use permit for the “Vehicle/Heavy Equipment Rentals” classification shall be <br />required.) <br />5. Brewpubs. <br />6. Business Services. <br />7. Cafés. <br />8. Commercial Parking Facility. <br />9. Commercial Recreation.
