Relationship to the East 14th Street South Area Development Strategy. <br /> <br />The South Area 1, 2, and 3 zoning districts have been created to implement the <br />East 14th Street Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The Development <br />Strategy identifies five (5) activity areas. SA-1 District—Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional use permit is <br />not required, for tenant spaces up to twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet. <br />Spaces in excess of twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet can be allowed <br />through the approval of a conditional use permit. (Certain uses are subject to <br />special requirements and/or limitations, as prescribed following the individual use <br />classification.) <br /> <br />1. Accessory uses, other than entertainment events, when in conjunction with a <br />permitted use. <br />2. Animal Sales.
