Relationship to the East 14th Street South Area Development Strategy. <br /> <br />The South Area 1, 2, and 3 zoning districts have been created to implement the <br />East 14th Street Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The Development <br />Strategy identifies five (5) activity areas. Accessory uses, other than entertainment events, when in conjunction with a <br />permitted use. <br />2. Animal Sales.
