Notwithstanding the minimum <br />setback and landscaped yard requirements of this Article, all open areas <br />within, and adjacent to, a required front or corner side yard, other than areas <br />used for walks, drives or parking and loading facilities, shall be landscaped. <br />For projects requiring “Site Plan Approval” pursuant to Article 25, all <br />landscaping shall be installed as per the Landscape Requirements of Article <br />19. <br /> <br />5.
