In addition to the general Landscape <br />Requirements prescribed in Article 19, the following requirements for minimum site <br />landscaping apply to all property within any C, P, NA, DA or SA District. As part of <br />the Site Plan Approval process pursuant to Article 25, exceptions to the stated <br />requirements for “minimum site landscaping” may be permitted in cases where <br />such standards are found not to be practical due to pre-existing site constraints. <br />
