September 6, 2016City Council Minutes <br />Due to the late hour, the City Council dispensed with this item. <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS14. <br />By consensus, the City Council agreed to schedule the following items: <br />1. Amend the current ordinance to add a third dispensary and remove the proximity <br />restriction <br />2. Approve the dispensary permit application for Blum <br />3. Invite students from the Summer Trades to share their experiences in the <br />program <br />4. Red Light Camera Update <br />5.
