In addition to the minimum standards set forth, the Board of <br />Zoning Adjustments may provide that any approvals for the concurrent sale of motor <br />vehicle fuel and alcoholic beverages be contingent upon acceptance and observance <br />of specified conditions or limitations determined by the Board to be reasonable and <br />necessary in order to make the required findings, including but not limited to any of <br />the following conditions or limitations relating to: <br /> <br />1. Additional limitations on advertising and display of alcoholic beverages; <br /> <br />2. Banning of video game machines and/or jukeboxes or similar devices where <br />concurrent sale of motor vehicle fuel and alcoholic beverages take place; <br /> <br />3. Limitations on hours of operation and on amount of shelf space devoted to alco- <br />holic beverages; <br /> <br />4. Requirement for security guards and other security devices on the premises; <br /> <br />5. Minimum parking lot lighting and fencing; <br /> <br />6. Minimum training for sales personnel and/or security guards; <br /> <br />7. Policies to discourage drinking alcoholic beverages outside the premises; or <br /> <br />8. A minimum distance required between businesses engaged in the concurrent <br />sale of motor vehicle fuel and alcoholic beverages. (Ord. 2001-015 § 1) <br /> <br />4-1646 Recycling Facilities <br /> <br />A. Definitions. <br /> <br />1. “Recycling” means the process of collecting, sorting, cleansing, treating, and re- <br />constituting materials that would otherwise become solid waste, and returning <br />them to the economic mainstream in the form of raw material for new, reused, or <br />reconstituted products which meet the quality standards necessary to be used in <br />the marketplace. <br /> <br />2. “Recyclable Material” is reusable material, including, but not limited to, metals, <br />glass, plastic, and paper, which are intended for reuse, remanufacture, or recon- <br />stitution for the purpose of using the altered form. <br /> <br />3. “Recycling Facility” is a center for the collection and/or processing of recyclable <br />materials and includes facilities for the drop-off, buyback, deposit, or return for <br />redemption, of recyclable material.
