In those instances where the zoning district boundary is located at the centerline of an adjacent public right-of-way, the Daylight Plane shall be measured from the nearest property line. <br /> e. The Zoning Enforcement Official may approve an Administrative <br />Exception if an applicant cannot meet these provisions per Section 2- <br />699. <br /> <br /> <br />C.
