Project Description <br />August 2016 <br />In the SP -4, Toler Parking Lot Special Policies: <br />Remove the sentence "The building setbacks along East 14th Street shall be 15 feet <br />from the existing property line to align with the Civic Center and create a minimum <br />25 foot wide sidewalk/pedestrian amenity zone." <br />In the SP -5, North Alvarado Sites Special Policies: <br />• Remove the 150 foot setback requirement from San Leandro Creek and add wording <br />"to encourage development of a creek trail and open space along the San Leandro <br />Creek" and remove wording "for a linear park connection." <br />General Text Clean Up: Minor corrections to typographical errors and other text items, where <br />appropriate. <br />
