In that event, certificates representing the <br />Bonds will be printed and delivered to DTC. <br />The information in this Appendix E concerning DTC and DTC’s book–entry system has <br />been obtained from sources that the City and the Authority believe to be reliable, but neither the <br />City, the Authority nor the Underwriter takes any responsibility for the accuracy thereof.
