NOW, THEREFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARKING <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO HEREBY RESOLVE THAT: <br />1. The quitclaim, release, transfer and/or conveyance of any and all rights to the <br />Property at APN 077-0447-7-1 from the Parking Authority of the City of San Leandro to the City <br />of San Leandro is hereby approved <br />2.
