IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-123 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEASURE HH CITIZEN OVERSIGHT <br />COMMITTEE'S ANNUAL REPORT ON MEASURE HH SALES TAX FOR FISCAL <br />and <br />YEAR 2015-16 <br />WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, Measure HH was approved by 64% of the electorate; <br />WHEREAS, Measure HH requires formation of a Citizen Oversight Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, Measure HH requires an annual report, prepared by the Citizens Oversight <br />Committee, be presented to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Measure HH Citizens Oversight Committee's annual report on Measure <br />HH Sales Tax, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Annual Report on Measure HH Sales Tax for Fiscal Year 2015-16 is hereby <br />approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 3rd day of October, <br />2016, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT:.
