IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-126 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO AND MAZE AND ASSOCIATES FOR AUDIT SERVICES EFFECTIVE <br />JULY 1, 2016 <br />WHEREAS, the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Maze and Associates <br />for Audit Services effective July 1, 2016, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said document is hereby approved and accepted. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 3rd day of October, <br />2016, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />i <br />ATTEST: <br />Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-126 <br />
