General Landscape Requirements. In addition to the general Landscape <br />Requirements prescribed in Article 19, the following requirements for minimum site <br />landscaping apply to all property within any I District. As part of the Site Plan <br />Approval process pursuant to Article 25, exceptions to the stated requirements for <br />"minimum site landscaping" may be permitted in cases where such standards are <br />found not to be practical due to pre-existing site constraints. <br />B. Minimum Site Landscaping. Intent. The purpose of this section is to reduce the potential negative impacts of <br />expanding industrial activities to the residents within adjoining Residential Districts <br />by establishing heightened screening and site development standards for new and <br />expanded projects. <br />B. Applicability. The requirements of this Section apply to construction and/or activities <br />within two hundred (200) feet from the edge of a Residential District.
