Telecommunications, Architecturally -Integrated Antennas. (Subject to the <br />regulations of Section 4-1686: Wireless Telecommunications Facilities.) <br />D. DA -3 District—Temporary Uses Requirinq Administrative Review. <br />The following temporary uses are allowed in the DA -3 District, subject to the <br />regulations of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. <br />1. Assembly Uses, Temporary. <br />2. Commercial Filming, Limited. <br />3. Street and Neighborhood Fairs. DA -4 District—Permitted Uses. <br />The following uses are allowed in the DA -4 District, and a conditional use permit is <br />not required. (Certain uses are subject to special requirements and/or limitations, <br />as prescribed following the individual use classification.) <br />1. Accessory uses when in conjunction with a permitted use. <br />2. Cafes. <br />3. Day Care, Large Family. (Subject to the regulations of Section 2-516: Large <br />Family Day Care Homes, for pre-existing residential uses only.) <br />4. Day Care, Limited. (For pre-existing residential uses only.) <br />5. Garage and Yard Sales. (Limited to two (2) times per year on the premises of <br />the property owner or a residential property in the immediate vicinity.) <br />6. Multi -Family Residential. (Minimum density of sixty (60) units per acre and a <br />maximum density of one hundred (100) units per acre on parcels ten <br />thousand (10,000) ) square feet or greater; on <br />parcels less than ten thousand (10,000) +.yeRt., thousand (29 QW square <br />feet the density shall not exceed twenty-four (24) units per acre unless <br />approved by a conditional use permit. A twenty (20) percent density bonus <br />for average unit size less than 750 square feet is allowed.) Conditional use <br />permits for additional density may be approved for projects having additional <br />open space or other amenities.) <br />7. Offices, Business and Professional. <br />8.7-.
