Minimum Building Setbacks, Additional Regulations. <br />1. Front, side, corner side, and rear yards shall be subject to the regulations of <br />Section 4-1654: Building Projections into Yards and Courts. <br />2. Double -frontage lots shall provide the minimum front yard setback on each <br />frontage. <br />3. Daylight Plane Regulations for Parcels Adjacent to R Districts <br />a. A For C and P Districts, a fifteen (15) foot side or rear yard shall adjoin an <br />R District, and structures shall not intercept a one-to-one (1:1) or forty-five <br />degree (45°) daylight plane inclined inward from a height of eight (8) feet <br />above existing grade at the R District boundary line.
