November 7, 2016City Council Minutes - Draft <br />Planning + Design, Inc., in the amount of $77,038.00 for the Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Master Plan Update and Authorization for Cumulative <br />Amendments to the CSA up to 25% or $19,259.50 of the Original <br />Agreement and Appropriating $40,000.00 of Measure B Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Funds for the Project, Project No. 2017.0630 <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Prola, seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox, that this Resolution - Council be Adopted. The motion carried by the <br />following vote. <br />Aye:Cox, Cutter, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2016-151 <br />ACTION ITEMS10. <br />None. <br />REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN11. <br />None. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS12. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting. <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS13. <br />City Councilmembers announced calendar of upcoming events and coordinated <br />attendance; reported on local events attended since the last meeting; and made brief <br />comments on issues of concern. <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS14. <br />Request for staff to return to Council and work with Eden Housing, new owners and <br />with Rental Housing association to find a solution that can keep folks in their homes <br />and those on fixed income.
