IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-144 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR <br />$41,500 TO SUPPORT NEW AND ONGOING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, a draft agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro <br />Chamber of Commerce was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement between the City and the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce for <br />$41,500 to support new and ongoing economic development services substantially in the form <br />presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Cox and passed and adopted this 7th day of November, <br />2016, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Lee, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-144 <br />(0) <br />
