Alameda CTC Agreement No. A16-0079 <br />Project No. 1468.020 <br /> <br />Appendix E – Page 1 <br />APPENDIX E <br />LOCAL BUSINESS CONTRACT EQUITY PROGRAM <br />The Local Business Contract Equity Program encourages business to locate and remain in Alameda County, <br />to employ residents of Alameda County and to spend Measure B/BB funds for goods and services with local <br />Alameda County businesses. The LBCE Program benefits Local Business Enterprise (LBE), Small Local <br />Business Enterprise (SLBE) and Very Small Local Business Enterprise (VSLBE) businesses. This program <br />applies to contracts funded solely by Measure B/BB funds or a combination of Measure/BB, and local funds. <br />Contracts that include state and federal funds must adhere to state and federal requirements. <br />The Project Sponsor shall abide by the current Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity program <br />requirements referenced here: http://www.alamedactc.org/app_pages/view/4543
