File Number: 16-653 <br />Pete Ballew, Councilmember, District 6, for a full term of four years from and after January 1, <br />2017, and until his successor is elected and qualified. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Measure NN received a majority of the affirmative votes <br />cast at said election for said Measure, and is hereby declared to have passed. The approval of <br />Measure NN results in the adoption of an Ordinance of the People of the City of San Leandro, <br />enacting a cannabis tax; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Measure OO received a majority of the affirmative votes <br />cast at said election for said Measure, and is hereby declared to have passed. The approval of <br />Measure OO changes how the Business License tax is calculated and/or charged upon certain <br />business activities within the City, resulting in reduction in the business license tax for some <br />business activities and increase in the business license tax for other business activities; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Measure PP received a majority of the affirmative <br />votes cast at said election for said Measure, and is hereby declared to have passed.
