City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: December 19, 2016 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:16-343 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Approving Amendment No. 1 in the Amount of $21,669.15 to a <br />Consulting Services Agreement with Harris Design for the Siempre Verde <br />Park Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 2015.0270 (provides for additional <br />construction support services to be funded from existing project <br />appropriations.) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement dated July 20, 2015 exists between the City of San Leandro <br />and Harris Design; and <br />WHEREAS, a contract change order is required to compensate for additional services; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached, is <br />presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 12/13/2016
