IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-163 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE SAN LEANDRO POLICE <br />OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION (SLPOA) FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2016 <br />THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2019 <br />WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San <br />Leandro and the San Leandro Police Officers' Association (SLPOA); and <br />WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the <br />SLPOA, for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2019, is presented to this City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said MOU is hereby approved; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said MOU and make non -substantive <br />revisions subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3.
