7.15 Headings. The headings within this Agreement are for the purpose of reference <br />only and shall not limit or otherwise affect any of the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />7.16 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> 7.17 Subordination. City agrees to subordinate this Loan to any lender and any loan <br />for acquisition, development and/or construction of the Project or the Apartment Project.
