The motion carried by the <br />following vote. <br />Aye:Lee, Lopez, Ballew, Hernandez, Thomas, Cox6 - <br />Excused:Cutter1 - <br />Enactment No: Ordinance 2017-001 <br />CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS6. <br />City Manager reported on a City and School District Item: San Lorenzo School <br />District has provided notice of changes in the current three-year joint-use agreement <br />with the City regarding Burrell Field facility reservations and maintenance and <br />distribution of on-site well water. In response, the City emphasized that proper notice <br />should be provided to sports youth groups who use the fields and the adjacent <br />City-owned adjacent baseball/softball field relies on the well water for maintenance. <br />The San Lorenzo School District indicated that they are amenable to these <br />suggestions. <br />AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR7. <br />Item 8D was amended to correct District 4 member nomination to an At-Large <br />member nomination. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR8. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember Lee, <br />to Approve the Consent Calendar.
