Consulting Services Agreement between January 17, 2017City of San Leandro and SmartWAVE Technologies Page 15 of 16 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />SmartWAVE will provide the following products and services for the WiFi deployments at the San Leadro Police Department, Civic Center, and Water Pollution Control Plant: <br />• Kickoff Meeting to review project requirements, statement of work and project schedule with City IT Staff <br />•Develop propagation map identifying proposed node placements and expected coverage and capacity <br />• Perform a Wireless Site Survey for the wireless network <br />• Modify design and review with the project stakeholders identifying issues, gaps in coverage and expectations <br />• Provide all wireless network equipment <br />• Perform pre-install burn-in/configuration of WiFi Access Points (AP) and associate to Cloud Controller Platform <br />• Perform re-pulls of 5 Cat5E cables at the Civic Center. All other network cabling is in place or provided by others. <br />• Install APs at locations identified on the AP placement map and confirm power on and Cloud Controller visibility <br />• Perform post install coverage tests <br />• Document the final implementation <br />o Logical and physical diagrams <br />o Design document <br />• Transition network to operation support <br />• Submit invoices to Accounts Payables <br />92
