<br />Proposals for Revising Northern California Metroplex – Alameda County/Contra Costa County 2 <br /> <br />Each of the requested changes includes the following sections: <br /> <br /> Description – details the current aircraft departure and arrival procedures <br /> <br /> Primary Impacted Cities – notes the cities that are most affected by the flight path(s) of <br /> the procedures being described. <br /> <br /> Noise Issues – the primary existing noise issues due to the procedure as currently flown. <br /> <br /> OAK Noise Forum Request – details what mitigation efforts the Noise Forum is requesting <br /> the FAA implement, either in the short or long term, depending on the detail of the request. <br /> <br /> Initial Requested FAA Research – if applicable, requests the FAA research specific <br /> operational items related to the mitigation efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />Arriving and departing flights from OAK and SFO airports affect Alameda and Contra Costa <br />Counties, California.
