<br />16 <br />targeted for long-term subsidy and set specific cost recovery <br />levels for individual services rather than an across-the-board <br />targeting of full cost recovery. <br />5 Continue to deliberately subsidize <br />certain fees <br /> To encourage City and project applicant collaboration <br /> To encourage compliance <br /> To promote beautification and other community benefit <br />efforts. <br />6 Annual revenue increase of $118K <br />Aggregate recovery increase of 25% <br /> The majority of this increase will result from increases in <br />fixed fee services that currently recover significantly less <br />than the cost of providing services. Many of these fees will <br />be adjusted to target 75% cost recovery. However, several <br />high volume fee categories such as zoning compliance <br />review for business licensing are recommended for <br />continued subsidy. Targeted recovery for these services <br />range from ≈25% for home occupation review to ≈33% for <br />new business zoning review. <br /> Fixed fees for several services will continue to target less <br />than 75% cost recovery.
