Many of these fees will <br />be adjusted to target 75% cost recovery. However, several <br />high volume fee categories such as zoning compliance <br />review for business licensing are recommended for <br />continued subsidy. Targeted recovery for these services <br />range from ≈25% for home occupation review to ≈33% for <br />new business zoning review. <br /> Fixed fees for several services will continue to target less <br />than 75% cost recovery.
