This determination is based on an engineering and traffic survey, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The City Council hereby finds that the above said <br />speed limits will facilitate the orderly movement of vehicular traffic and will be reasonable and <br />safe. The speed limits shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are <br />erected upon the street. <br />Section 3. These provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 13, Section 1300 of the <br />San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption.
