Segment Analysis 4 <br />4-11 <br />4.2.1 SEGMENT 2 - RELEVANT ROADWAYS <br />Hegenberger Road has a pavement width <br />of approximately 93 to 107 feet with a 12 <br />to 14 foot wide median and three travel <br />lanes in each direction. There is no on-street <br />parking and the sidewalk width is between <br />13 to 15 feet. However at the bridge over <br />the San Leandro Creek, the sidewalk width <br />reduces to approximately five feet with a <br />street buffer of approximately an additional <br />four to six feet.
