That said agreement is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to <br />execute the agreement, and use General Funds in the amount of $150,000 for the <br />Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program for the Trailer Haven Mobile Home <br />Community administered by Rebuilding Together Oakland East Bay. <br />2.
