Case <br />was mutually resolved at the July 21st, 2015 Rent Review Board Hearing (Special Meeting) ($75 rent increase effective August 1st, 2015) (reduced from $201). R@H <br /> <br /> Ms. Tamerra Carson’s Rent Review Board Case (RRB2015-02) was mutually resolved at the <br />August 25, 2015 Rent Review Board Hearing ($200 rent increase effective September 1st, 2015) (Resolution: $150 rent increase and a 6-month lease effective November 1st). NH <br /> Ms. Dora Avila’s Rent Review Board Case (RRB2015-07) was scheduled at August 25, 2015 <br />Rent Review Board Hearing but was closed/resolved after she and her landlord negotiated a <br />mutually satisfactory resolution (did not disclose). $200 rent increase has an effective date of August 1, 2015. RPTH <br /> Ms. Vanessa Lomax’s Rent Review Board Case (RRB2015-08) is closed/resolved. <br />(Resolution: $95 rent increase, instead of $395, effective October 1st).
