File Number: 17-203 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of issuing sufficient funds from <br />the City’s community investment program to address these repairs, because it is in the <br />interests of public health and welfare to insure a safe environment for the Alta Mira Club to <br />continue its community activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the City Manager is authorized to issue a $16,556 payment to the Alta Mira <br />Club in order to address the outstanding repairs of the historic Ygnacio Peralta House located <br />at 561 Lafayette Avenue; and <br />2.
