That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, <br />Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code (“Fee Schedule”) is hereby <br />amended; and <br />2. That the adopted Fee Schedule shall be attached to and made a part of this <br />resolution; and <br />3.
