3. That the project has been reviewed by the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory <br />Committee (BPAC) of the City of San Leandro; and <br />4. That the City of San Leandro attests to the accuracy of and approves the <br />statements in Attachment A to this resolution; and <br />5. That a certified copy of this resolution and its attachments, and any <br />accompanying supporting materials shall be forwarded to the countywide transportation planning <br />agency and Alameda County for submission to MTC as part of the countywide coordinated TDA <br />Article 3 claim; and <br />6.
