IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-077 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 <br />WHEREAS the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows <br />Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the <br />Appropriation Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has <br />reviewed and considered the data contained in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article <br />XIII B of the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriation <br />Limit for Fiscal Year 2017-18 at $218,570,233 as more specifically set forth in Attachment 1. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Lee, and passed and adopted this 5th day of June, 2017, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; <br />Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
