Fire Station #11 – CreatorSpace in San Leandro | Page 7 <br />Flatiron Lanesplitter, Emeryville, CA <br /> <br />Location: 3645 San Pablo Avenue <br />Type: Restaurant <br />Size: 3,900 SF <br />Project Cost: $2 million <br />Date: 2010 <br />This build-to-suit project is the result of a <br />public/private partnership with the Emeryville <br />Redevelopment Agency. The site faces the <br />intersection of three major streets: San Pablo <br />Avenue, MacArthur Boulevard, and Adeline Street, <br />and was previously occupied by a liquor store. <br />The site is a narrow triangle, which has been <br />accentuated by the design of the cornice element <br />that has two points aimed at the intersection. <br />Lanesplitter Pizza and Pub occupies the building. <br />This project was developed through a public/private <br />partnership with the Emeryville Redevelopment <br />Agency.
