Fire Station #11 – CreatorSpace in San Leandro | Page 9 <br />Octavia M+N, San Francisco, CA <br /> <br />Location: Octavia Blvd, between Fell and Oak <br />Type: Residential and Commercial <br />Condominiums <br />Size: 19,520 SF <br />Project Cost: $12 million <br />Date: Est. completion 2017 <br /> <br />The Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce <br />Development selected a team comprised of BAU, <br />Envelope Development, and Chabot Properties to <br />redevelop two narrow (18' x 120') sites adjacent to <br />Octavia Boulevard. Envelope A+D, the architect, won <br />the San Francisco Prize Design competition for this <br />site. <br />The design consists of retail and circulation space at <br />ground level, with four stories of residential units <br />above. Each residential floor contains four efficiency <br />units.
