of families that will benefit <br />from the proposed activities <br />Location Description Several City facilities (Main Library, Marina Community Center, City Hall, City Hall - South Offices, Police <br />Department building, Washington Manor Library, and Marina Park). <br />Planned Activities CDBG funds will be used to make several City facilities (Main Library, Marina Community Center, City Hall, <br />City Hall - South Offices, Police Department building, Washington Manor Library, and Marina Park) more <br />accessible for seniors and disabled persons. <br />8 Project Name Single-Family Housing Rehabilitation Program <br />Target Area City-Wide <br />Goals Supported Affordable Housing Needs Goals <br />Needs Addressed Affordable Housing Needs <br />Funding CDBG: $100,000 <br />Description The City's Single-Family Housing Rehabilitation Program will provide grants to very low- and low-income <br />households for minor repairs to their homes. <br />Target Date 6/30/2018 <br />Estimate the number and type <br />of families that will benefit <br />from the proposed activities <br />Fifteen (15) low-income households will have minor repairs completed in their single-family or mobile <br />homes. <br />Location Description The owner-occupied homes, located within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City of San Leandro, will be <br />identified once the applications are processed. <br />Planned Activities CDBG funds will be used to provide grants to 15 income-eligible (extremely low- and very low-income) <br />households to complete repairs to their owner-occupied single-family or mobile homes.
