File Number: 17-173 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends execution and submission of said Action <br />Plan with Certifications as attached. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro hereby: <br />1. Approves the attached FY 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan, including requisite <br />Certifications; <br />2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute and submit the FY 2017-2018 Annual <br />Action Plan and all related documents to the FY 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan and, if <br />necessary, the contingency provision to proportionately increase or decrease CDBG and <br />HOME funding based on actual HUD allocations, on behalf of the City of San Leandro to the <br />U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) within sixty days of the date the <br />CDBG and HOME allocations are announced, or no later than August 16, 2017. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/13/2017 <br />49
