IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />I N PLIT11 Rol I 111010013VA11 yj 10"M <br />WHEREAS, a previous Administering Agency -State Agreement No. 04-5041R for Federal Aid was <br />entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on February 22, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Administering Agency -State Agreement has been updated to incorporate various <br />changes in regulations and policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a $254,405 Highway Safety Improvement Program Grant and <br />must execute the Administering Agency -State Agreement and the Program Supplement Agreement to receive <br />the funds; and <br />WHEREAS, Administering Agency -State Agreement No. 04-5041 F 15 and Program Supplement <br />Agreement No. 025-F between the City of San Leandro and the State of California has been presented to this <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />1. That said Administering Agency -State Agreement No. 04-5041F15 and Program Supplement <br />Agreement No. 025-F substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2.
