<br />6 <br />Other community assets with a one percent chance of flood exposure include the neighborhoods north <br />of Lewelling Boulevard. Retail assets in this area include the pharmacy in the Walgreens on Washington <br />Avenue and Lewelling Boulevard, the retail area between Washington Avenue and the I-880 freeway, <br />and portions of the Bayfair Center Mall parking lot and north buildings. Parks in areas that have a one <br />percent chance of flooding in a given year include the Tony Lema Golf Course and Marina Park. Flooding <br />also affects Marina Golf Course and the Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline by inundating the area around <br />the parks and possibly blocking access. See Figure 3 for a map of areas that have a one percent chance <br />of flooding in a given year, and Figure 4 for a list of the key assets in areas with a one percent chance of <br />flooding in a given year <br />Figure 3.
