IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-098 <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS (2017 BUSINESS LICENSE TAX, SOLID <br />WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY FEES, <br />CODE COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES AND CHARGES, AND <br />SIDEWALK REPAIRS) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2017 business license tax, solid <br />waste service charges, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance <br />administrative penalties and charges, and sidewalk repairs, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. <br />on July 17, 2017 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />CA 94577; and <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property, <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Hernandez, and passed and adopted this 17th day of July, <br />2017, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; <br />Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None ry �n (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Tamika Green ood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-098 <br />
