IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-099 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017- <br />18 FOR THE HERON BAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 96-3 (PROVIDES FUNDING FOR THE ON-GOING MAINTENANCE <br />OF CERTAIN PUBLIC FACILITIES CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THE HERON <br />BAY DEVELOPMENT) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro, pursuant to the provisions of <br />the San Leandro Municipal Code, §2-5-100 et seq. did order the Engineer, Willdan Financial <br />Services, to prepare and file a report in accordance with the Code in connection with the proposed <br />levy and collection of assessments for the district known and designated as the Heron Bay <br />Maintenance Assessment District (Assessment District No. 96-3) for the fiscal year commencing <br />July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of San <br />Leandro, and the City Clerk presented to the City Council such report entitled "Engineer's Report, <br />Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, Fiscal Year <br />2017/2018" (hereafter referred to as the "Report", attached hereto and made a part hereof); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, <br />and is satisfied with all of the items and documents set forth therein and finds that the levy is <br />assessed in accordance with the special benefits received from the improvements, operation, <br />maintenance, and services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2017-18 for <br />the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, as filed. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Lee, and passed and adopted this 17th day of July, 2017, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; <br />Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None �(0) <br />ATTEST:�0 ' `�jP__ <br />Tamika Greg4wood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-099 <br />
