Resolution , Exhibit A <br />An Amendment to the City of San Leandro <br />Administrative Code Adding Title 5, Chapter 5 <br />Application Processing <br />§5.5:100: General <br />This chapter shall apply to those applications submitted in accordance with the <br />Zoning Code and the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of San Leandro. <br />§5.5.110: Development Review Applications. <br />Development review applications shall be processed within the time limits <br />specified in Chapter 4.5 of the State Planning and Zoning Law (Government <br />Code Section 65920 et seq.). <br />§5.5.120: Incomplete Application Sunset Provisions <br />All applications that remain incomplete and inactive for minimum 6 month <br />period shall have a written 30 day warning notification forwarded to the applicant. <br />If no action is taken by the applicant regarding the application within 30 days <br />thereafter, the application shall automatically be withdrawn and closed. <br />Resolution Exhibit A, Page 1 of 1 <br />
