IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-110 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DIXON RESOURCES UNLIMITED IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$130,000 FOR OVERSIGHT OF THE DOWNTOWN SAN LEANDRO PARKING SYSTEM AND <br />GUIDED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY'S NEW PARKING MANAGEMENT PLAN, AND <br />TO APPROVE APPROPRIATION OF $600,000 FROM THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S 2008 BOND FUNDS TO THE CITY <br />OF SAN LEANDRO PARKING FUND'S 2017-18 OPERATING EXPENDITURE <br />WHEREAS, a draft agreement between the City of San Leandro and Dixon Resources Unlimited <br />was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves appropriation of $600,000 from the Successor Agency to <br />the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency's 2008 Bond Funds to 2017-18 Operating Expenditure. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />1. That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantial revisions to said agreement, <br />subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and <br />3. That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution; and <br />4. That City Council approves appropriation of $600,000 from the Successor Agency to the City of <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency's 2008 Bond Funds to the City of San Leandro Parking Fund's 2017- <br />18 Operating Expenditure account 132-35-003-5120 - Parking Fund. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Cox, and passed and adopted this 17th day of July, 2017, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; <br />Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None � (0) <br />ATTEST: % <br />TamikX Gree ood, City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-110 <br />
