• Conventional Hot Mix Asphalt(HMA) pavement overlays <br /> • Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA) <br /> • Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt(RHMA)overlays <br /> • Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayers(SAMI) <br /> • Cold-In-Place Recycling (CIPR) <br /> • Hot-In-Place Recycling (HIR) <br /> • Quantities and treatments of failed pavement sections (base repairs): <br /> Base repairs shall be measured in length and width to estimate base repair bid quantities <br /> and located on design sheets for all street sections. It is the intent that base repair <br /> quantities shall be for bidding quantity purposes only, and that actual locations shall be <br /> marked by Consultant with City representative prior to construction. <br /> • Full-width milling and wedge grinding requirements <br /> Consultant shall summarize its recommendations in a Pavement Design Technical Memorandum <br /> to the City that, at a minimum, shall include the following: <br /> • Results of deflection testing, coring and laboratory analyses <br /> • Description of testing procedures and analysis performed for the project <br /> • Recommended alternatives and it's estimated costs for pavement rehabilitation and <br /> reconstruction <br /> Consultant shall submit two (2) copies of its draft technical memorandum to the City for initial <br /> review. Upon receipt of any comments from the City, Consultant shall then prepare its final <br /> technical memorandum, which will be signed and stamped by Consultant's Pavement Engineer, <br /> Two(2)copies of the final technical memorandum will then be provided to the City reflecting any <br /> comments on the draft technical memorandum, <br /> Deliverables: Draft& Final Pavement Technical Memorandums. <br /> Task 3— Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) <br /> 3A) Design Data Gathering: <br /> City will provide the following: <br /> • Utility information including EBMUD, Oro Loma Sanitary District, City owned sanitary <br /> sewer and storm drain, base map, tree locations, and available as-builts. <br /> • Available aerials. <br /> • Complete Streets Checklists. <br /> • Specifications from previous projects. <br /> • City Standard Plans and Standard Design Criteria. <br /> Consultant shall review data and records from the City, public and private utility providers, and <br /> other sources that may be appropriate to support the preparation of project contract documents. <br /> The gathered information will be compiled and included in the topographic surveys used for design. <br /> Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br /> NCE for Annual Street Overlay/Rehabilitation 2017-18 Project Exhibit A—Page 5 of 8 <br />
