• Conventional Hot Mix Asphalt(HMA) pavement overlays • Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA) • Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt(RHMA)overlays • Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayers(SAMI) • Cold-In-Place Recycling (CIPR) • Hot-In-Place Recycling (HIR) • Quantities and treatments of failed pavement sections (base repairs): Base repairs shall be measured in length and width to estimate base repair bid quantities and located on design sheets for all street sections. It is the intent that base repair quantities shall be for bidding quantity purposes only, and that actual locations shall be marked by Consultant with City representative prior to construction. • Full-width milling and wedge grinding requirements Consultant shall summarize its recommendations in a Pavement Design Technical Memorandum to the City that, at a minimum, shall include the following: • Results of deflection testing, coring and laboratory analyses • Description of testing procedures and analysis performed for the project • Recommended alternatives and it's estimated costs for pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction Consultant shall submit two (2) copies of its draft technical memorandum to the City for initial review. Upon receipt of any comments from the City, Consultant shall then prepare its final technical memorandum, which will be signed and stamped by Consultant's Pavement Engineer, Two(2)copies of the final technical memorandum will then be provided to the City reflecting any comments on the draft technical memorandum, Deliverables: Draft& Final Pavement Technical Memorandums. Task 3— Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) 3A) Design Data Gathering: City will provide the following: • Utility information including EBMUD, Oro Loma Sanitary District, City owned sanitary sewer and storm drain, base map, tree locations, and available as-builts. • Available aerials. • Complete Streets Checklists. • Specifications from previous projects. • City Standard Plans and Standard Design Criteria. Consultant shall review data and records from the City, public and private utility providers, and other sources that may be appropriate to support the preparation of project contract documents. The gathered information will be compiled and included in the topographic surveys used for design.
